After years of tailored solutions supporting companies in the unified communications sector, we have created a completely new product using the latest technologies and the know-how acquired. OC is not a product resulting from layers accumulated over the years; it is an infrastructure designed to be fully modular and therefore easily updatable.
Everything is accessible via the web, eliminating the need to distribute any client software.
The core of Open Communication was developed using Node.JS, employing an event-driven I/O networking model. This networking model is considered the most efficient in critical situations with high network traffic.
The processed data is stored in the ElasticSearch Big Data engine, a technology that has become increasingly popular in enterprise environments and the cloud computing sector due to its incredible ability to search, analyze, and display data contained in documents with near real-time queries.
Open Communication is continuously evolving. New features, driven by market demands or specific customer needs, will be made available to everyone without additional costs.

High Availability
Distributed in SAAS mode, with various redundancy solutions, it allows you to enjoy all the benefits of the Unified Communication model without installing dedicated, complex, and/or expensive infrastructure or hardware in-house. In any configuration, Open Communication will be managed and updated centrally.
The system is designed to be scalable, redundant, and geographically distributable. The base configuration involves deploying a single server that contains all the necessary modules to operate. This solution is ideal for offices requiring a classic PBX system, as well as for those managing small call centers but needing all the advanced features offered by Open Communication’s integrated solution.
A further step involves clustering the system within a single geographic location. All systems involved are redundant, with at least two instances for each component of the infrastructure.
It is also possible to provide Open Communication in a main infrastructure and Disaster Recovery infrastructure configuration. These are two twin installations, located in geographically distributed areas, where data and configurations are constantly replicated and kept up to date.
Upon specific customer request and with a custom-designed project, the infrastructure can be hosted at the customer’s premises.
